Metal Cable Outlet Cover

- This cover is made of plastic with aluminum medallions. It has two metal medallions with leaf designs on the top. It is made for the cable jack. This is an original design. 

- It comes with two matching screws for mounting.

- It was hand painted in an antique gold finish.
